House situated in a calm area near Es Calo (fisherman village) with an amazing view of Ibiza. La Gaviota's little bay is located five minutes walking from the house. 

The house is surrounded by terraces, making the outdoor spaces very enjoyable. You'll find an outdoor shower, very convenient coming back from the beach. The rooftop is accesible from the main terrace, this is one of our favourite places for evenings and sunsets where you can enjoy the view having a drink. 

Inside of the house you'll find a full equiped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc) open on the main space (with chiminey). From there you can access both climatized rooms and the bathroom. The first room has a double bed, the second two single beds.

If you are more than 4 persons, the basement studio of the house can be available. This adds an independent bedroom with double bed, private bathroom and a small fridge.
